Lectures and posters
Lectures:
Length of presentation 10 minutes.
Data projection, presentations accepted on CDs, DVDs, flash disks (format: PowerPoint 2003-2023 or PDF).
Posters: width 90 cm, height 120 cm.
Abstracts:
Guidelines for abstract submission:
MS Word, single-spaced, font size 11 font Times New Roman, up to 2500 characters including spaces. Title should be typed in all capitals and bold face.

The organizers reserve the right to place a submission either as an oral communication or poster.
Information on the acceptance of a lecture or a poster will be sent to the presenting author by: 14. 3. 2025

After this date, the organizer cannot guarantee active participation with inclusion in the workshop program, conference materials, participation in the accompanying program.
Confirmation of registration, i.e., information on the acceptance for participation will be sent by 14. 3. 2025.

Members of the Section for Human Brain Mapping, Czech Society for Clinical Neurophysiology with active participation (presenting) pay a reduced registration fee of 1000 CZK (early) / 1500 CZK (late).
Undergraduate full-time students (enrolled in a master’s degree programme) do not pay the registration fee.
Registration fee will be paid online and includes organizing costs, refreshments, welcome reception on 27 March 2025, lunch on 28 March 2025 and one printed copy of the conference proceedings.
Payment Method
Preferably, online payment at the registration website.
Payment should be made by 8 March 2025, after this date, please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only Czech crowns) at the workshop registration desk.
If you will need an invoice or a VAT receipt, please fill in the corresponding field in the online registration form.
Social evening
Scheduled for 27 March 2025. If interested, please check the corresponding box in the online registration form.
Meals
On Friday 28 March 2025, lunch is provided at the conference venue.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please submit a written request to the Department of University Events PU. Participants, who pay fees and cancel the participation by 14. 3. 2025, will get the fees refunded in full. After this date, fees will not be refunded but we will send you conference materials.
